CPT is now accepting applications for The Kulas Foundation Theatre Composer fellowships. The Kulas Foundation Theatre Composer Initiative is a yearlong fellowship program providing early-career composers with first-hand experience creating music and sound design for theatre.

This initiative engages composers/designers in a collaborative process, under the guidance of the show producer and director, to compose and produce original music for full productions and works-in-development in CPT’s Season and to learn about other parts of the creative and production process of theatre. DanceWorks 2020

Deadline for submissions is August 30, 2019.

DanceWorks 2020 is an important part of Cleveland Public Theatre’s 2019/2020 Season. DanceWorks offers Northeast Ohio dance companies and choreographers the opportunity to have world premiere works presented in a series with other local dance companies.

Through a submission process, CPT hopes to select 4 local dance companies to be part of DanceWorks 2020 in the Gordon Square Theatre. DanceWorks 2020 will take place over 4 weeks, April 2 – April 25.

We are accepting submissions for two weeks: April 6 – 11 and April 13 – 18. (Inlet Dance Theatre will perform in DanceWorks April 2 – 4 and Verb Ballets will perform in DanceWorks April 23 – 25.) Read More ›
